Chef & Author Paul Virant

Join us for a one-night-only dinner with James Beard–nominated chef Paul Virant, inspired by his cookbook The Preservation Kitchen. The evening features a 5:30 PM cocktail reception followed by a 5-course seasonal dinner at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $125 per person, with optional beverage pairings for $65. Signed copies of the book will also be available for purchase for $30.
